    What to expect will depend on the Route you choose: -You will experience sunset or sunrise as the mother city light changes. -You will experience a 360 view of the city - you may scramble on rocks or climb on wooden ladders or simple just walk in nature. - Along the way, you will learn about the distinct fauna and flora along with their history, and in the meantime, enjoy a panoramic view all around you. The fauna you may see are the Rock Hyrax (Dassie) small furry animal. You may spot lizards such as the black-girdled lizard, Cape skink and the Southern Rock Agama. On the lower section of the mountain there are still porcupines, and the unique Cape Fynbos Before the hike, you will have a brief introduction to the hike. From here, you will start with a walk. Once you reach the summit, enjoy yourself, take a break there, take a lot of photos at the best locations

We made a Hiking Trip for Sunset to the incredible Lion‘s Head with the Guide Idrees. We felt very safe all the Time and got a lot of information about Cape Town, the history of South Africa and we could asked everything to Idrees. He is a local and can answer all of your questions. In February 2023 I had booked an individuell sun rise tour: combination of MTB and a hike to Woodstock Cave. I had booked the tour prior to my stay via email. Steffi answered all my questions (and I had got a lot) very detailed and fast!! She cleared all my doubts concerning the equipement, the challenge on the bike ( I love MTB) and the fun!! Muki, her husband, was my guide: only he, some porcupines, and I had watched the spectacular sunrise. Muki`s timing was perfect!!! We started in the absolutely darkness at the lower cable car station/ Table Mountain. Of course: the bikes are equiped with good lights. Going up and at every corner there was a genuis view with the sun starting coming up and different "light shows"!! The bike tour ended at the King`s Blockhouse. Muki told me about the meaning of the blockhouse, the battles between the different conquerors, the nature. The hike to the Woodstock Cave on our way back was a nice change for my legs. It was worse starting at 5 am because at 9 am the way was crowded with visitors for Table Montain. It was one of a kind!! Muki had made a nice video and pics so I won`t forget this trip!! Thank yo so much, Steffi and Muki!!

An amazing hike, guided by Idrees, a professional guide from Muki Venture. We were very lucky with the weather and Idrees made the hike even more interesting by sharing some of the Cape Town’s history. It took us less than 2 hours and the final price - view of the sunset over the Cape Town, was just amazing.
